Ultra-Absorbent Washable Dog Mat

I wasn't sure if these would help with my 2 large dogs, but I was pleasantly surprised. They do a great job of picking up water and dirt off their paws before it reaches my kitchen floor. I know they work because I'm not constantly cleaning the floor as I used to.

I was genuinely shocked by how much dirt I shook out of it after just a few days. We live on a gravel driveway, and it managed to pick up a significant amount of what the dog or my husband would typically bring into the house. It's the perfect size, and there's no issue with closing the door over it. It not only looks nice but also collects far more than I expected!

Since the door of my small house opens outward, I can't place a rug in front of it. I purchased this rug to put down as we enter the house. I appreciate the weight of the rug, but its performance didn't quite meet my initial expectations. It seems that the dog needs to stand on the rug for some time to effectively soak up water and mud. I have it positioned right in front of the doggie door, and my dog steps on it when he comes in, but I still end up with wet and muddy paw marks.

This mat is excellent for placing near doors. It has impressive absorbent qualities. However, when it comes to dogs, it can be a challenge to get them to wipe their feet thoroughly, so it doesn't entirely replace the need to dry their paws with a towel. These rugs are convenient to wash and maintain.
